【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthemethodandapparatusfor—themeasurementofthedeltaferritecontent,expressedasFerriteNumber(FN),inlargelyausteniticandduplexferritic-austeniticstainlesssteelweldmetalthroughtheattractiveforcebetweenaweldmetalsampleandastandardpermanentmagnet;—thepreparationandmeasurementofstandardpadsformanualmetalarccoveredelectrodes.Thegeneralmethodisalsorecommendedfortheferritemeasurementofproductionweldsandforweldmetalfromotherprocesses,suchasgastungstenarcwelding,gasshieldedmetalarcweldingandsubmergedarcwelding(inthesecases,thewayofproducingthepadshouldbedefined);—thecalibrationofotherinstrumentstomeasureFN.ThemethodlaiddowninthisInternationalStandardisintendedforuseonweldmetalsintheas-weldedstateandonweldmetalsafterthermaltreatmentscausingcompleteorpartialtransformationofferritetoanynon-magneticphase.Austenitizingthermaltreatmentswhichalterthesizeandshapeoftheferritewillchangethemagneticresponseoftheferrite.Themethodisnotintendedformeasurementoftheferritecontentofcast,forgedorwroughtausteniticorduplexferritic-austeniticsteelsamples.note:1)Theterm"austenitic-ferritic(duplex)stainlesssteel"issometimesappliedinplaceof"duplexferritic-austeniticstainlesssteel".

【摘要】:BS5268-2providesguidanceonthestructuraluseoftimber,gluedlaminatedtimber,plywoodandotherpanelproductsinload-bearingmembers.Itincludesrecommendationsonquality,gradestressesandmodificationfactorsapplicabletothesematerialswhenusedassimplemembers,oraspartsofbuilt-upcomponents,oraspartsofstructureincorporatingothermaterials.Italsogivesrecommendationsforthedesignofnailed,screwed,bolted,dowelled,connectoredandgluedjoints.Inaddition,itprovidesrecommendationsforamethodoftesttoassesstheadequacyofstructuralassemblies,anditincludesgeneraladviceonworkmanship,varioustreatmentswhichcanbeapplied,inspectionandmaintenance.Itdoesnot,anditisnotintendedto,dealcomprehensivelywithallaspectsoftimberconstruction.Inparticularitdoesnotcoverwelltriedandtraditionalmethodsoftimberconstructionwhichhavebeenemployedsuccessfullyoveralongperiodoftime.CompliancewiththestructuraladequacyaspectsoftheBuildingRegulationscanbeachievedbyfollowingtherecommendationsofthisstandardorviaNationalTechnicalApprovalsCertificates.
