【摘要】:1.1ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthesafetyandperformancerequirementsandtestmethodsapplicabletoturntableladderswithcombinedmovementsofclasses18,24and30,asdefinedin3.13,underthecontroloffirefightersandintendedforfirefightingandrescuingpeople.Turntableladdervehiclescompriseachassis,bodyworkandapoweredextendingstructureunitintheformofaladderwithorwithoutacage.TurntableladdervehiclescoveredbythisEuropeanStandardhaveaself-propelledchassis,themotorofwhichsuppliespowerrequiredfortheoperationoftheladderandpermitsalloftheoperationalmovementstobemadesimultaneously,withnorestrictionontheangleofthetrainingmovement.1.2ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththetechnicalsafetyrequirementstominimisethehazardslistedinClause)4whichcanariseduringthecommissioning,theoperationaluse,theroutinecheckingandmaintenanceofturntableladderswhencarriedoutinaccordancewiththespecificationsgivenbythemanufacturerorhisauthorisedrepresentative.Italsodealswithperformancerequirements.1.3ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththeuseofturntableladdervehicleswithinatemperaturerangefrom-15℃to+35℃andwithawindvelocityontheladderset<12,5m/s.Additionalmeasurescanbenecessaryforuseoutsidethisrange(tobenegotiatedbetweenthemanufacturerandtheuser).NOTESpecialdesignsforuseunderspecialclimaticconditionsarearrangedbetweenthemanufacturerandthepurchaser.1.4ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotdealwiththehazardsofthestandardautomotivechassisorduetouseasaroadvehicle.1.5ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletoturntableladdervehicleswithcombinedmovementswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisEuropeanStandardbyCEN.
