【摘要】:Thisclassificationcoversolefinicthermoplasticelastomers(TEOs)madedirectlyinareactororthroughacompoundingprocessandsuitableforinjectionmolding,extrusion,blowmolding,orothermeltprocessing.Compoundingingredientsmaybepresentasnecessaryfortheapplicationsandmayconsistofreinforcements,fillers,stabilizers,colorants,andotheringredients.ThisclassificationallowsfortheuseofthoseTEOmaterials,whichcanberecycled,reground,andreprocessed,providedthattherequirementsasstatedinthisclassificationaremet.Theproportionsofrecycledmaterialused,aswellasthenatureandtheamountofanycontaminant,however,cannotbepracticallycoveredinthisclassification.Thepropertiesincludedinthisclassificationarethoserequiredtoidentifythecompositionsformostapplications.Otherrequirementsmaybenecessarytofurtheridentifyparticularcharacteristics.ThesemaybespecifiedbyusingthesuffixesinaccordancewithSection5.ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Theinch-poundunitsareforinformationonly.Thefollowingprecautionarycaveatpertainsonlytothetestmethodportion,Section11,ofthisclassification:Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Note1-ThereisnosimilarorequivalentISOstandard.
