【摘要】:ThisdocumentcontainsthedescriptionoftheBV32speechcodec1.BV32compresses16kHzsampledwidebandspeechtoabitrateof32kb/s(kilobitspersecond)byemployingaspeechcodingalgorithmcalledTwo-StageNoiseFeedbackCoding(TSNFC),developedbyBroadcom.Therestofthisdocumentisorganizedasfollows.Section2givesahigh-leveloverviewofTSNFCandBV32.Sections3and4givedetaileddescriptionoftheBV32encoderanddecoder,respectively.TheBV32codecspecificationgiveninSections3and4containenoughdetailstoallowthoseskilledinthearttoimplementbit-streamcompatibleandfunctionallyequivalentBV32encoderanddecoder.
