【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesrequirementsforelastomericmaterialsusedinsealsforsupplypipesandfittings,ancillariesandvalvesatoperatingtemperaturesingeneralfrom-5°Cupto50°Candinspecialcasesfrom-15°Cupto50°C,forthefollowing:Generalapplications(seeTable4,typeG)a)gaseousfuel(manufactured,naturalandliquefiedpetroleumgas[LPG]ingaseousphase);b)hydrocarbonfluidswitharomaticcontentupto30%(V/V),includingLPGinliquidphase.Specialapplications(seeTable4,typeH)Materialssuitableforcarryinggaseousfuelscontaininggascondensatesandhydrocarbonfluidsofunrestrictedaromaticcontent.Generalrequirementsforfinishedjointsealsarealsogiven;anyadditionalrequirementscalledforbytheparticularapplicationarespecifiedintherelevantproductstandardstakingintoaccountthattheperformanceofpipejointsisafunctionofthesealmaterialproperties,sealgeometryandpipejointdesign.ThisEuropeanStandardshouldbeusedwhereappropriatewithproductstandardswhichspecifyperformancerequirementsforjoints.ThisEuropeanStandardisapplicabletojointsealsforallpipelinematerialsincludingiron,steel,copperandplastics.Inthecaseofcompositesealsrequirementsin4.2.8and4.2.9applyonlywhenthematerialsusedforanyelastomericpartscomeintocontactwithgaseousfuelorhydrocarbonfluid.Elongationatbreak,tensilestrength,compressionsetandstressrelaxationrequirementsformaterialsofhardnesscategories80and90applyonlywhentheyconstitutethatpartofthesealwhichparticipatesdirectlyinthesealingfunctionorinlongtermstability.Thisstandardisnotapplicabletothefollowing:a)sealsmadefromcellularmaterials;b)sealswithenclosedvoidsaspartoftheirdesign;c)sealswithrequirementsofresistancetoflameortothermalstress;d)sealswhichcontainsplicesjoiningpre-vulcanizedprofileends.
