【摘要】:Thisdocument,partofEN13130,specifiesananalyticalprocedureforthedeterminationofcaprolactaminthefoodsimulantsdistilledwater,3%w/vaqueousaceticacid,15%v/vaqueousethanolandrectifiedoliveoil.Thelevelofcaprolactammonomerdeterminedisexpressedasmgcaprolactam/kgoffoodorfoodsimulant.Themethodisappropriateforthequantitativedeterminationofcaprolactaminanapproximateanalyteconcentrationrangeof1,5mg/kgto30mgperkilogramoffoodsimulant.Thismethodisalsoapplicabletothedeterminationofthespecificmigrationofcaprolactamsodiumsalt,PM/RefNo14230,ascaprolactamsodiumsaltinstantaneouslyhydrolyzestocaprolactamwhenincontactwithaqueousmedia.NOTEThemethodshouldalsobeapplicabletootheraqueousfoodsimulantsaswellastootherfattyfoodsimulantse.g.sunfloweroil,amixtureofsynthetictriglyceridesandvolatilesubstitutesforfatsimulants.
