【摘要】:ThisclauseofPart1isreplacedbythefollowing.ThisInternationalStandarddealswiththesafetyofhighpressurecleanersforhousehold,industrialandcommercialusehavingapressurenotlessthan2,5MPaandnotmorethan25MPaandwithaninputtothedriveforthehighpressurepumpnotexceeding10kW,theirratedvoltagebeingnotmorethan250Vforsingle-phaseappliancesand480Vforotherappliances.Italsoappliestoindustrialandcommercialsteamcleanershavingawatercontainerwithacapacitynotexceeding1000l,aratedpressurenotexceeding3,2MPaandaproductofcapacityandratedpressurenotexceeding300.Itisalsoapplicabletoappliancesmakinguseofotherformsofenergyforthemotor,butitisnecessarythattheirinfluenceistakenintoconsideration.Asfarasitispracticable,thisstandarddealswiththecommonhazardspresentedbyappliancesthatareencounteredbyallpersonsinandaroundthehome.However,ingeneral,itdoesnottakeintoaccount–theuseofappliancesbyyoungchildrenorinfirmpersonswithoutsupervision,–playingwiththeappliancebyyoungchildren.NOTE101Attentionisdrawntothefactthat–forappliancesintendedtobeusedinvehiclesoronboardshipsoraircraft,additionalrequirementsmaybenecessary;–inmanycountriesadditionalrequirementsarespecifiedbythenationalhealthauthorities,thenationalauthoritiesresponsiblefortheprotectionoflabour,thenationalwatersupplyauthoritiesandsimilarauthorities.NOTE102Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto–appliancesthatareincorporatedinprocessequipment;–appliancesintendedtobeusedinlocationswherespecialconditionsprevail,suchasthepresenceofcorrosiveorexplosiveatmosphere(vapourorgas);–audio,videoandsimilarelectronicapparatus(IEC60065);–appliancesformedicalpurposes(IEC60601);–hand-heldmotor-operatedelectrictools(IEC60745);–personalcomputersandsimilarequipment(IEC60950);–transportablemotor-operatedelectrictools(IEC61029);–steamcleanersforhouseholduseonly(IEC60335-2-54).
