【摘要】:ThispartofISO/IEC14598providesrequirements,recommendationsandguidelinesforasupportingfunctionwhichisresponsibleforthemanagementofsoftwareproductevaluationandfortechnologiesnecessaryforsoftwareproductevaluat;on.Theroleofthesupportingfunctionincludesmotivatingpeopleandtrainingthemfortheevaluationactivities,preparingappropriateevaluationdocumentsandmethods,andrespondingtoqueriesonevaluationtechnologies.Maintargetsforevaluationsupportaresoftwaredevelopment,systemintegrationandmaintenance,includingsoftwareacquisition,atbothprojectandorganisationlevels.Technologymanagementisrelatedtotheplanningandmanagementofasoftwareevaluationprocess,metricsandtools.Thisincludesthemanagementofdevelopment,acquisition,standardisation,control,transferandfeedbackofevaluationtechnologyexperienceswithintheorganisation.TheintendedusersofthispartofISO/IEC14598arepeoplewhoareresponsiblefor·managingtheuseoftheevaluationtechnology,·supportingsoftwareproductevaluation,·managingsoftwaredevelopmentorganisations,orpeopleinaqualityassurancefunction.However,itisalsoapplicabletomanagersinvolvedinothersoftwarerelatedactivities.
