【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandard,inordertoprotecttheworkerand/ortheenvironment,givesguidanceonminimumphysicalbiosafetymeasuresforthecontainmentofanimalsdeliberatelyinoculatedwithmicroorganisms,includinggeneticallymodifiedmicroorganisms,whichcanpresentarisktohumanoranimalhealthortheenvironment.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplytothecontainmentofanimalswhichhavenotbeendeliberatelyinoculatedwithmicroorganisms.Thecontainmentlevelrequiredisdeterminedbyassessmentoftherisktohumansandtheenvironment(seeannexA[3],[4]).TheEuropeanStandarddoesnotaddressproceduresorpracticeswhicharenecessaryforsafeworkingwithanimalsunlessofparticularrelevancetothecontainmentofanimals,nordoesitaddressrequirementswhicharenotprimarilyconcernedwithbiologicalsafety.
