【摘要】:ThisInternationalstandardspecifiestheparametersforfourdesignsofstartingperformanceofsingle-speedthree-phase50Hzor60HzcageinductionmotorsinaccordancewithIEC60034-1that:?havearatedvoltageupto1000V;?areintendedfordirect-on-lineorstar-deltastarting;?areratedonthebasisofdutytypeS1;?areconstructedtoanydegreeofprotection.Thestandardalsoappliestodualvoltagemotorsprovidedthatthefluxsaturationlevelisthesameforbothvoltagesandtomotorshavingtypeofprotection'e–increasedsafety'withtemperatureclassesT1toT3complyingwithIEC60079-0andIEC60079-7.NOTE1Itisnotexpectedthatallmanufacturerswillproducemachinesforallfourdesigns.Theselectionofanyspecificdesigninaccordancewiththisstandardwillbeamatterofagreementbetweenthemanufacturerandthepurchaser.NOTE2Designsotherthanthefourspecifiedmaybenecessaryforparticularapplications.NOTE3Thevaluesoftorqueandapparentpowergiveninthisstandardarelimitingvalues(thatis,minimumormaximumwithouttolerance),butitshouldbenotedthatvaluesgiveninmanufacturers'cataloguesmayincludetolerancesinaccordancewithIEC60034-1.NOTE4Thevaluestabledforlockedrotorapparentpowerarebasedonr.m.s.symmetricalsteadystatelockedrotorcurrents;atmotorswitchontherewillbeaone-halfcycleasymmetricalinstantaneouspeakcurrentwhichmayrangefrom1,8to2,8timesthesteadystatevalue.Thecurrentpeakanddecaytimeareafunctionofthemotordesignandswitchingangle.
