【摘要】:1ProductdefinitionThisstandardcontainstheinitial,startoflifedimensional,optical,mechanicalandenvironmentalperformancerequirementswhichaterminatedandassembledsinglemodeECconnectorset(plugadapterplug)mustmeetinorderforittobecategorisedasanENproductspecification.Sincedifferentvariantsandgradesofperformancearepermitted,productmarkingdetailsaregivenin3.5.2IntermateabilityAllproductsconformingtotherequirementsofthisstandardwillintermate,theresultinglevelofrandomattenuationperformancewillonlybeensuredinaccordancewithTable1.Theintentionisthatthiswillbetrueirrespectiveofthemanufacturingsource(s)oftheproduct.Inallcases,theintermatingofplugvariantshavingdifferentattenuationgradeswillresultinanuncertainlevelofrandomattenuationperformance.Similarly,theintermatingofplugvariantswithsuffixA,withplugvariantswithsuffixC,willresultinanuncertainlevelofrandomattenuationperformance.3OperatingenvironmentThetestsselectedcombinedwiththeseveritiesanddurationsarerepresentativeofanexternalweatherprotectedenvironmentdefinedby-ES200671:externalweatherprotectedenvironmentdefinedbyETS300019-f-3classes3.3;3.4and3.5-EN61753-2-1categoryU:uncontrolledenvironment.4ReliabilityWhilsttheanticipatedservicelifeexpectancyoftheproductinthisenvironmentis20years,compliancewiththisstandarddoesnotguaranteethereliabilityoftheproduct.Thisshouldbepredictedusingarecognisedreliabilityassessmentprogramme.5QualityassuranceCompliancewiththisstandarddoesnotguaranteethemanufacturingconsistencyoftheproduct.Thisshouldbemaintainedusingarecognisedqualityassuranceprogramme.
