【摘要】:ThisBritishStandardspecifiescompositionalandphysicalpropertyrequirementsforfournon-blacknaturalrubbercompoundsdesignatedW40,W50,W60,W70,threenon-blacknaturalrubber/zincoxidecompoundsdesignatedY40,Y50,Y60andfiveblacknaturalrubbercompoundsdesignatedZ40,Z50,Z60,Z70,Z80.Thesecompoundsareintendedforthemanufactureofitemsintheformofmouldings,mouldedorcalenderedsheetandforitemscutorpunchedfromsheet.NOTE1Thecompoundsdonotnecessarilyhavegoodelectricalinsulatingproperties.NOTE2Thecompoundsmightnotbesuitableforusewhenspecialpropertiesarerequired,suchasimprovedozoneorheatresistance,freedomfromtarnishingofsomemetalliccomponents(copper,silver),longtermlowtemperatureuseorsealsincastoroilbasedfluidsystems.Thenaturalrubbercompoundsspecifiedinthisstandarddonotrequiretobecompoundedtoberesistanttoozoneattackandtheirresistancetoozoneisnottested.Potentialusersshouldseektechnicaladviceiftheyareunsureastowhetherozoneresistanceisrequiredfortheirapplication.ThereiscurrentlynoBritishStandardforozoneresistantnaturalrubbercompounds.
