【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddefinestheconstructionalandoperationalcharacteristics,thesafetyrequirementsandtestmethods,andthemarkingofautomaticchangeoverdeviceswithacapacityoflessthanorequalto100kg/handhavingamaximumregulatedpressureoflessthanorequalto4barforbutane,propaneortheirmixturesonlyinthevapourphase.NOTE1bar=10PaLiquefiedgasescontainingmethylacetyleneandpropadienearenotcoveredbythisstandard.ThisEuropeanStandardalsocoverssafetydeviceslikelytobefittedontoautomaticchangeoverdevices.ThecharacteristicsofthesedevicesaregiveninannexA.TherequirementsofthisEuropeanStandardgenerallycoverdesignswhereregulationisinonestage,usingasinglediaphragm.Theserequirementsdonotexcludedesignsusingmorethanonediaphragm,providedthatthesediaphragmsareintegratedinasingleautomaticchangeoverdevicescomplyingwiththerequirementsofthisEuropeanStandard.Forspecificusesincaravansandleisurevehicles,theautomaticchangeoverdevicesfunctionmayalsobecarriedoutbyanassemblyofregulators,forminga"automaticchangeoverdevicessystem"asdefinedin3.1.2.Thisstandardcoverssuchanassemblyasfollows:—specialrequirementsforthemanufacture,adjustmentandoperationofregulatorsformingaautomaticchangeoverdevicessystem,aswellasthecorrespondingtestmethodsaregiveninannexB;—exceptforthesespecialrequirements,andunlessotherwisestated,constructionalandperformancecharacteristicsgiveninthebodyofthestandardarealsoapplicabletothedevicesinannexB.Therequirementsapplygenerallytoautomaticchangeoverdeviceusedinlocationswherethetemperaturelikelytobereachedduringuseisbetween-20℃and+50℃.WhenthedevicesareusedattemperaturesoutsidethisrangetheyshallcomplywithspecialrequirementsdefinedinannexC.Thisstandarddoesnotincludetheinstallationrulesforautomaticchangeoverdevices.Inthismatter,referenceshouldbemadetonationalregulationsinforceinthemembercountries.Thisstandardonlycoverstypetesting.WARNINGNOTICE:ThefiguresinannexesGandHshowthetypesofconnectionsusedaccordingtothecountryofuseoftheregulators.Thetoppartofthesefigures(abovethehorizontalline)appliestotheregulatorandisnormative.Thebottompartofthesefigures(belowthehorizontalline)appliestotheparttobeconnectedtotheregulator.Thisisgivenasaguideforthetestsandisnotnormative.
