【摘要】:ThispartofISO/IEC10373definestestmethodsforcharacteristicsofintegratedcircuitcardswithcontactsandrelatedinterfacedevicesaccordingtothedefinitiongiveninISO/IEC7816.Eachtestmethodiscross-referencedtooneormorebasestandards,whichcanbeISO/IEC7810oroneormoreofthesupplementaryInternationalStandardsthatdefinetheinformationstoragetechnologiesemployedinidentificationcardapplications.NOTECriteriaforacceptabilitydonotformpartofthispartofISO/IEC10373butwillbefoundintheInternationalStandardsmentionedabove.ThispartofISO/IEC10373definestestmethodswhicharespecifictointegratedcircuittechnologywithcontacts.ISO/IEC10373-1definestestmethodswhicharecommontooneormorecardtechnologiesandotherpartsdefineothertechnology-specifictests.TestmethodsdefinedinthispartofISO/IEC10373areintendedtobeperformedseparatelyandindependently.Agivencardisnotrequiredtopassthroughallthetestssequentially.ThetestmethodsdefinedinthispartofISO/IEC10373arebasedonISO/IEC7816-3.ConformanceofcardsandIFDsdeterminedusingthetestmethodsdefinedinthispartofISO/IEC10373doesnotprecludefailuresinthefield.ReliabilitytestingisoutsidethescopeofthispartofISO/IEC10373.ThispartofISO/IEC10373doesnotdefineanytesttoestablishthecompletefunctioningofintegratedcircuitcards.Thetestmethodsrequireonlythattheminimumfunctionalitybeverified.Minimumfunctionalityisdefinedasfollows.-AnyintegratedcircuitpresentinthecardcontinuestoshowanAnswertoResetresponsewhichconformstothebasestandard.-Anycontactsassociatedwithanyintegratedcircuitpresentinthecardcontinuetoshowelectricalresistancewhichconformstothebasestandard.
